Never on time I really don’t understand why we have to make appointments when we get seen hours after our appointment time it’s very frustrating especially when you have other stuff to do as well
This office is a mess. I was scheduled to see a dr who has since left the practice. But the practice DID NOT LET ME KNOW THIS UNTIL FOUR MONTHS AFTER MY DR HAD LEFT. When they finally DID let me know and had me schedule with another dr, they claimed they did not have my medical records. What a fiasco THAT has been. My previous dr office (who I had to call repeatedly bc they wouldn't), claimed to have sent them. Twice. But this office continued to claim they have not received them. I always have excellent service from my providers office!
Over booked , not much knowledge on high risk pregnancy, doesn’t make you feel confident in their findings and answers . You also wait 2plus hours every single visit . Once you make it to the back you are rushed through care and have to ask simple questions like when is your due date . I was told I’m high risk but to continue regular every day activities and I work at Amazon driving and delivering packages . Not the worse but I lost a child last year under their care .
