I was a high-risk pregnancy patient with complex medical conditions, including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I carried my son to 36.5 weeks. He died due to an avoidable nuchal cord complication. Throughout my pregnancy, I did not receive the level of monitoring appropriate for a high-risk patient. I tried ST Francis OGYN associates and I have had the worst experience with them. Horrible communication , nothing being done after multiple appointments and conversations about what they could do or what “we are going to do” prescriptions never been sent out or filled, Having to call multiple times just to try to figure out what is going on. Big office! From front desk to labs to vitals and to dr ruehl everybody was nice welcoming and helpful… I always recommend Dr ruehl to everybody she always make you feel comfortable

I always have a very positive experience at this practice. This visit was no different. Dr. McPherson is both kind and knowledgeable and I feel fortunate she is my doctor.
