I really hate leaving bad reviews, but this place needs it. First, the doctor I saw here was phenomenal. She went above and beyond providing her knowledge and getting me set for my needs. What followed that is my issue... I waited a month after my first appointment to be contacted for a follow up appointment (one I was told I’d be contacted about in 1-2 weeks after my appt) for a birth control procedure, of which I was never contacted for. I’ve had quite a few bad experiences at this office but, I’m writing a review to hopefully get attention from someone willing to actually fix the problem instead of giving me the same run around I’m given every time I go to an appointment. I self paid for my first visit $284 to be exact. I’m supposed to be receiving a refund because my insurance was later on billed. Not for the amount I was charged in office though. We had our baby here. Overall we found this to be a much better prenatal care and birthing experience than what we have experienced with military hospitals. Sometimes there would be a long wait to be seen by your provider during appointments. Not the most professional staff members, but it’s probably the norm for this area. They do drug test you a lot, which I thought was strange. They also do a lot of lab work, way more than what I did with our other child when we had him in a different state years ago. Dr. Laura Snyder is educated and helps educate you about your feminine needs, be it OB or GYN. She, like her staff, is very friendly, kind and patient. I recommend Dr Snyder & crew to every woman I meet who needs a well educated doctor. 5/5.
