Despite most reviews posted on here, I had a good experience going to this hospital in the mid-late 2010s. I was in a youth program called C.A.R.E.S, and had made a couple friends there. The staff were very nice, and always gave us things to do. There were good classes, athletic events, holiday activities, and all kinds of things to keep us entertained. I remember one time my mom had to get blood work done and there was a dead cockroach in the room and it was one of those big New York ones and I told the guy who was doing the blood work and he said. "It's okay, it's dead". I couldn't wait to get out of that room. This place is as bad as Helene Fuld Hospital (Capital Health on Brunswick Ave).
