Mid october, i called this bank & spoke to a lady named Mary about my husbands september check that we sent out to pay for his car loan because his Experian was showing a late payment. She said they didnt receive it and it must've got lost in the mail and to check with my husbands bank. My husband calls his bank & the bank tells him that it wasnt cashed.
