I had a doctor here over a year ago she left I was passed along to several other people without notice to myself. Every time I passed along, it’s obvious to me that information is not shared between parties, because I have to start all over again explaining my problem, even when I go for follow up. It is disgusting that recently a doctor wrote me a prescription that she said I needed and I’ve been trying to pick it up from my pharmacy but it’s been unavailable and I’m covered by my insurance. This hospital and office always treated me and my kids well, there customer service is awesome, and there doctor's are the best. And they always care for us.
This is the most unreliable "practice" I have ever been to in my life. They have zero respect for my time or for women's healthcare needs. Everything said in other reviews on here about ignored prescriptions is spot on. I am switching practices and reporting this place to the Surgeon General's office and DHS. ALSO: those Liars aren't even open the times that are stated on their office door. RUNNNNN!!! And I mean FAST!! Don't fill prescriptions... Nevermind on time how about not at all! Office managers are never there ... Extremely unprofessional ... I can't believe they haven't been closed down or sued!
Worst.. the family practice number is 24*7 busy. They don’t send prescription to the pharmacy on time, they don’t prescribe medicine will ask to call them back if the baby still not feeling wrll and when we call them back they dont answer or their number will be busy the whole day. I have never seen this kind of service at any hospital before. Seriously, do not visit this hospital. Family practice is the worst, they don’t care at all.
