I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was polite friendly helpful and kind.
The staff was very accommodating to me. I forgot my appt time, but they still saw me same day. Check in was quick and professional. Melinda Was friendly and professional.
It is a shame to trust this facility with anything. Attempted to get mammogram images from 2022 and 2023, per the medical records release department, they no longer have them. When I questioned this, as georgia requires records be maintained for 10 years, the response of the medical records department was " sometimes we do. Sometimes we don't "
Can't get through to make an appointment. Called several times, on hold waiting for a representative to help me. Will go elsewhere.... Per response, I tried calling them to discuss the issue.... Got voicemail, to an extension number, not even a personal name. Already at Release of Information to collect records so I can pursue continuity of care elsewhere.
The Breast Center is amazing IF you can get someone to answer the phone. I tried rescheduling an appointment and was on hold for over 15 minutes, tried another day and was on hold for over 10 minutes (before hanging up both times). I contacted the operator eventually only to be told she would try to get them a message if she could get someone to answer the phone. This is insane!
