Compliment for Ashley in Mammogram/ Ultrasound at St. Francis. I had a visit today with Ashley and her customer service was superb. Thankfully, I have been able to see her yearly for the past 4 years. She explained the process and made me feel like I was heard with my questions. Thanks for your expertise. You brought calm and peace my way.
I have been having my yearly mammograms at St. Francis for quite a few years. My experience at the time of the procedure is excellent. I have a huge complaint about making an appointment. Each year when I call, I have to be on hold from anywhere from 15 to 35 minutes to talk to a person to make my appointment. This is very aggravating. Management needs to get this issue resolved.
How in the heck can you run a business if you don’t answer the dog gone phone
Let me start by saying at first they may not be able to do this all the time but today Riley went above and beyond. I went over 9/3/25 today after seeing my urologist. My apt was originally scheduled for tomorrow 9/4/25 figured it would not hurt to ask if they could work me in and they did. Riley got me checked she was so sweet and very personal and professional.
