Let me start by saying at first they may not be able to do this all the time but today Riley went above and beyond. I went over 9/3/25 today after seeing my urologist. My apt was originally scheduled for tomorrow 9/4/25 figured it would not hurt to ask if they could work me in and they did. Riley got me checked she was so sweet and very personal and professional. The person at the front desk was very rude and unpleasant it was unacceptable on how they treat people at the front desk. Very disappointed.
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was polite friendly helpful and kind.
The staff was very accommodating to me. I forgot my appt time, but they still saw me same day. Check in was quick and professional. Melinda Was friendly and professional.
