Absolutely the worst of the worst, extremely inconsistent communication, the house is poorly maintained, and the worst is the discrepancy between what leasing office described and what actually happened. Avoid under any circumstances
Today something happened that should never happen in a residential building. While I was inside my apartment, someone unlocked my door and walked in using the keypad code. The person turned out to be a prospective renter touring the unit. Apparently the leasing office had provided them with access. I’ve had a great experience living at Oak & Umber Apartments. The community is clean, well-maintained, and overall a really comfortable place to live. What truly stands out, though, is the Neighborhood management team. They are absolutely the best. From day one, they’ve been incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I have been living here at the 825 maria ln location for a couple months now and it has been great. The staff responds very fast, and is very communicative. My room is recently renovated with nice finishes and gets a good amount of sunlight. Overall very happy!
TL;DR: Someone on a tour opened my apartment door while I was home, without notice. 1 star. While I was home eating lunch today, someone on an apartment tour opened my door. I had not been notified, and I still have several months left on my lease. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a major invasion of privacy.
