It used to be a good community to live, however, as the construction of 11 ADU will take place, no doubt the noise/dust will be back. They claim the constrcution only takes 8 months, but you can expect at least 1 and a half year's length from my previous expirence. So you are welcomed if you can bear all these with more than 3500 bucks a month. Good Luck.
Very disappointed with the ADU plan. This community used to be a lovely place to live, but now they are adding 11 ADUs to an already overcrowded property. On top of that, the construction is planned to take 9 months, which will make living here even more disruptive. Sadly, what was once a great apartment community has changed for the worse. I would recommend avoiding this community.
Updates: Future renters beware: great apartment while it is not in construction. However it been under construction for years on and off till today. The next construction for ADUs (?) is coming up soon January 2026. I recommend future renters get information from existing residents not leasing office because they always overpromise you the nicest things. start considering this place only when the upcoming construction is over. The community will build 11 ADU located in all covered parking spaces. The construction lasts for at least next one or two years, so move in only if you don't stay at home on weekdays and can bear massive construction noises.
