I'm a first-time renter, and this was the first apartment tour I've ever gone on. I truly cannot think of how it could've gone any better. Mindy showed me around and was an absolute delight to speak with. She answered all of my questions, offered fun tips about the larger neighborhood (like where to get ice cream nearby), and was generally just an incredibly warm and welcoming person to talk to. Location is good, but had to move out because of the noise from constructions and upstairs. My ceiling trembles when upstair neighbor is walking around. They have hardwood floor for all the apartments, so you know what to expect.
The leasing office director Nicole was extremely nice and helpful. Had a very good tour. The apartments were nice too.
I’ve updated my review to 4 stars because Nicole, the leasing office director, proactively addressed and resolved the issue with my move-out charges.
