Dr Graisy and the after hours emergency team were so amazing with us for my sweet girls last day. They were kind and communicative every step of the way, and their transparency was so appreciated, especially after not receiving the same quality of care from her regular vet.
I will NEVER return to this clinic. My otherwise healthy cat had a minor health scare so I took her in. They absolutely insisted on taking her blood pressure and tacked on a charge of $50 for it. They insisted her blood pressure was so elevated she needed medication and I had to come back in just a few weeks. The first concerning thing was they had to remove my cat to a staff only area just to do the blood pressure check. We were in a comfy exam room and had decompressed from the car ride over. Brought our cat in for an emergency visit, and we were seen right away, with a lot of care and compassion. The follow up has been amazing, and we're thrilled with the level of care. Highly recommend.
