Came in as new patient with middle age large breed dog. Definitely felt like they wanted to take the time and care for my boy. Everyone was careful to make him comfortable and feel safe. Reasonable prices. They took biopsy and looked at it in house so I knew immediately the tumors had no cancer cells, that saved several days of worry. This will be our veterinarian going forward.
I wasn’t going to originally make a review. But with the weak attempt to hid my wives comment by having staff add fake comments really frustrated me. So I have copy and pasted my wives comment so that higher ups at St. Francis see this and make it right. St Francis told me that if I didn't euthanize my puppy Red that he would die or “eventually drop dead.” At 12 weeks or that it could happen at any time in his life.
