I made the mistake of taking my cat to them ONCE in Aug 2018 for a second opinion. He was 17 years old at the time. Well, after that I never went back. I was not impressed, to say the least, and did not feel safe going back with my cat to them. I won't get into the details, just too upsetting for me.
