Lady in charge curt snippy. Place used to be good. Change in employees, attitudes have changed along with management- not positive experience. Will go elsewhere.

The love of my life LOLA was very ill in April and May. I had been to several other practices here in Albuquerque. One practice lost Lola's labs, and had no record of my appointment or of Lola's visit. As Lola became sicker and stopped eating, playing with her ball and stopped greeting me with kisses and her howel of WELCOME, I became very concerned. I have owned dogs all of my life and I'm a animal lover. I have been to the big vet groups and not one seemed that they were as interested in my pet as they were my wallet. This clinic is different and they do care more about the pet than any other I have been too. THe older vet is fabulous with my little friend and the assistants are great. Excellent Vet. they truly care so much for your animals, dogs & cats. We have lived here in New Mexico for a year and a half and always went to St Francis Animal Clinic. They are truly the best and I would not trade them for nothing. They can board animals too and it's the cheapest place to board. St. Francis is just all around there for animals. We love them.
