St Ferrer were engaged to undertake cladding remedial works on our building. While the overall experience with the company was mixed I want to specifically acknowledge Michael, the site manager. Michael was excellent to deal with clearly doing his best to coordinate trades while managing the needs and concerns of residents. His approach made a difficult and long process much more manageable.

I needed have the smoke detectors installed at my apartment as the whole building was getting it done at MY80 apartment. On the day I was moving into the place, this guy would constantly knock on my door demanding he has to do the job requested by the building when I haven’t even arranged a time to book it yet. St Ferrer are just finishing a cladding rectification project on our block of 46 apartments in Bentleigh. From start to finish the job has been carried out professionally and at the highest of standards.
