St Ferrer Building Contractors engaged ACE Consulting Engineers for the Design and sign off of HVAC for the Pilates Studio in Maribyrnong. It was great to work with Michael Antoniou, project Manager for this project. Michael was very approachable and any request for documents were made readily available. Due to the good coordination effort the project HVAC design and signoff was able to be delivered to the client without any delay. St Ferrer Building Contractors was awarded a contract to carry out the cladding remediation project at our 54 levels apartment building. The project involved a number of trades and hundreds of apartments, so there were quite a few hiccups and poor coordination at the beginning but they managed to smooth everything out quickly especially when Ash - one of the site supervisors - came on site. St Ferrer were engaged to undertake cladding remedial works on our building. While the overall experience with the company was mixed I want to specifically acknowledge Michael, the site manager. Michael was excellent to deal with clearly doing his best to coordinate trades while managing the needs and concerns of residents. His approach made a difficult and long process much more manageable.
