We were there an hour ago , the nurses were kind and professional, and I appreciate their help. Unfortunately, our experience with the doctor was very different. My friend was in significant pain, yet the doctor came across as dismissive, had an attitude, and did not properly answer our questions. It made an already stressful situation much worse.
Threw me on the street with a trash bag during a psychiatric emergency because I told an RN she was being fresh.
Avoid Dr M Reily in ER. I was taken to do x-ray without any explanation from the doctor and waited for more than an hour after I got admitted. Very impatient and no empathy. I had a good experience there two years ago with another doctor and this whole impression has been ruined.
went once in extreme pain, they treated me like a faker for several hours and the nurse was apparently told i had a mental health issue, they acted like they had never even heard of my symptoms (that i was able to find the name of with a brief google search), only treated me as a real patient when my bloodwork came back wacky after several hours, AND they didn't have soap in the bathrooms. absolute disgrace
I’ve been to this ER twice in the past month due to separate medical emergencies. Both times I’ve been I’ve gotten a room within 15 minutes, everyone made me feel super comfortable even in a state of extreme pain. Last night my nurse Sue and the whole team went the extra mile to make sure that I was tended to swiftly and thoroughly with a lot of communication. Very grateful for this whole team.
