This is hands down one of the worst hospitals in Boston. The level of care is completely unacceptable. Patients are left waiting for hours, and when staff finally respond, many of the nurses are rude, dismissive, and clearly lack compassion. I have had my sister admitted here multiple times for psychiatric evaluations, and you would expect that a hospital, especially one dealing with mental health crises, would take family concerns seriously to ensure patient safety. Genuinely one of the most unnerving ER experiences I’ve ever had. I have a 10+ year history of chronic migraines and am very familiar with ER treatment protocols. Because migraines are worsened by loud, bright environments, going to the ER is an absolute last resort for me. I presented with new, severe, searing neck pain accompanied by extreme nausea. 10/10 It’s an amazing place. The fastest and most empathetic emergency room I’ve been to in Boston. From the front desk to the doctors…all are just amazing. Everything happened so fast, in less than one hour I had seen the doctor, been examined, got a prescription. And this was a normal working day

It was clean and well equipped. Nurse Marie Limage was incredible; empathetic, warm, and knowledgeable. Very friendly without being unprofessional.
