My relative was admitted as a very complicated patient to St. Elizabeth. From the ER door, everyone was welcoming, caring, professional and warm. All the doctors, and we saw multiple specialty teams and also the residents, were knowledgeable, compassionate, insightful and thorough. The nurses were amazing. The support staff was good but Dr and nurse were very rude, combative and misdiagnosed my child. I’m so disappointed but definitely a learning experience. This place may be good for some but I didn’t have a good experience

The most unempathetic medical team and front desk staff i have ever met. Basically turned me away and ridiculed me for going to the ER , blaming it on my “anxiety”. I had Colon cancer. Do not go to this center.
