The Doctor instructed me to schedule a follow-up appointment at another location. The receptionist claimed to be unable to do that and that I would need to call the other location. At that point the nurse came into the lobby, overheard the conversation and offered to make the appointment for us. She did so. I find it extremely unlikely the receptionist was unable to do this task, and was being lazy and unprofessional.
