I have known Dr Gallus for years, as a prior patient and most recently reached out in concerns for a family member whom was also a patient of his. Prior to their upcoming appt I reached out with concerns that I asked to be kept discrete from patient. Dr Gallus proceeded to tell patient “ your family member is concerned about….” This has been a sensitive subject and sent patient into anger with family. Dr Proctor is the most caring, kindest physician I could ever hope for. Rachel, MA is one of the best support personnel possible. Together they are a fantastic team. This is a doctor that is always there when I need her. Dr. Proctor takes her time with you she makes sure all your questions are answered, your needs are met and reminds you of any service you need to get done. I would remand her to all my friends.
