UPDATE!!! 2026 . They routinely refuse to fill my anti inflammatory & Seizure medications without ANY courtesy call at all if I'm less than just 30 days past my yearly visit an appointment. The follow up saying call us but can't seem to stop sending refills for medications I've refused to take! Why would I bother to call them! Customer service isn't something they do! I have had nothing but positive experiences here with Dr. Gabby and his medical assistant Stacey. I always feel heard and well cared for.
The doctors here don't care about the patient or respect what they want. They will actually work against them. I've seen several here. They are more interested continiously pressuring me to do tests I have told them more than once I don't want or prescribing the same medicine three times claiming it's a different one because I refused to take it the first and second time. They don't care what you want.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Gabby (Gabriel Ymalay) for several years now and he is absolutely outstanding. It amazes me how he remembers so much about me personally during every visit. He remembers where I work, what I like to do, vacations I went on… it’s always insane to me. He is very easy to talk to and genuinely caring about you as an individual. I get a high level of anxiety when going to the doctor but Dr. Gabby makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend by the time you leave.
Love my primary care doctor, Donna Pleiman. I've been seeing her now for 9 years.
