I had a appointment back in December of 2020. I went in for my COVID test a few days before my test. I did the prep for the test a few days later and was going to the office the morning of the testing and got a call on my way to the office 15 minutes before getting there. Needless to say I was very upset that I did not get a call from the office before hand telling me I had COVID an could not be tested that day.
