This place has really gone done hill. If you have a physical and they ask you if everything is good,say yes or they will bill for an annual visit and a regular visit. The office manager Evelyn Hitch is extremely rude and doesn't seem to care. I have made 2 calls to the number they told me to call and have not received a callback so I assume the whole operation doesn't care
