Absolutely love Dr Gibson, NPs Amy and Katie are amazing. The front desk, blonde hair employee, is consistently, every time, unwelcoming when I come in. Makes me feel an inconvenience when I come in. If things change on that front, I will change my review. I do not want a response, and will give the location another chance in the future. To be fair, I was massively early for an appointment, due to working third shift. Friendly & courteous. Great group of physicians
The staff are very rude, especially in the office. I’m sure not all of them are bad, but I left that office crying from my feelings being hurt. I shouldn’t feel that way at a doctor’s visit.
Staff member was not to welcoming when I walked in and asked for BP check! Had me take a seat and within a few minutes I was taken back and asked to rest in the room and she would be in a few minutes to check my blood pressure. 30 minutes later no one came in. Goodbye!! Finding new care elsewhere!
