Understaffed 100% of the time. I’ve never been able to go in, sign in, and get blood drawn quickly. Couldn’t even drop off a 24 hour urine collection jug without waiting 90 minutes. Why even be open on Saturdays if you aren’t going to staff properly?!

The woman doing labs today was late because she got pulled over, which the desk workers were talking about. She blew out my vein while doing lab work as it was rushed and I told her that I usually need a stress ball before having it done. Wish I had gone somewhere else, I can barely move my arm!
