Horrible service they take on clients that they do not have the psw for.my mother has been left in a soiled diaper had no night visits for weeks and they call and cancel just hours before..they give a schedule a false one at that they lie about service and the psw leave after 20 mins of what is supposed to be an hour..a terrible service but not surprised seeing how it is a catholic based organization..they should not get funding ..if you want your loved ones to get taken care of in a compassionate way look elsewhere because ... read more
My grandmother lives with us she 97 yrs old and with St.Elizabeth they are always having no psw to come for her visit I am in a wheelchair and needs the assistance with her this has happened way to often with this company. I don't receive a call when she is not getting service they say they want you to keep your loved ones at home but they make it very very difficult and I am very frustrated with this organization😠😠
