Had a semi-severe food allergy reaction: body covered in hives and red all over, started to become a little difficult to breathe so I decide to be safe than sorry and head to closest ER. What a terrible mistake, I got checked in literally an hour ago and some minutes and I just walked out. 2 people who came in after me went before me, and I was never called. This place is more pathetic than the Covington location. Go somewhere else if you actually care about your health. I have a serious bladder infection and I can barely function to be able to take care of my 2 small children. I have never felt so terrible in my entire life. The urgent care nearby actually took me seriously and now I have medicine. This place said “what would you like us to do for you today” that’s not being professional at all. I came to the ER with sudden head and neck pain from lifting — something I was genuinely worried about. I was taken back quickly since the waiting room was empty, but then sat in the exam room for over 40 minutes without anyone checking on me or giving an update.
