This place is more pathetic than the Covington location. Go somewhere else if you actually care about your health. I have a serious bladder infection and I can barely function to be able to take care of my 2 small children. I have never felt so terrible in my entire life. The urgent care nearby actually took me seriously and now I have medicine. This place said “what would you like us to do for you today” that’s not being professional at all. I came to the ER with sudden head and neck pain from lifting — something I was genuinely worried about. I was taken back quickly since the waiting room was empty, but then sat in the exam room for over 40 minutes without anyone checking on me or giving an update. Was told all they had to do was clean a room and a hour later I couldn’t wait anymore due to pain and walked out while the blonde at the front desk and old man beside her talked very rudely about patients family coming in to see their loved ones. She mentioned wanting another job if that tells you their passion for making patients better.
