Staff was to busy asking me if I was a drug attic and if I use needles instead of finding the right diagnosis’s, told me that I am not hurting and shouldn’t be no pain, I go to Edgewood under 24 hours for them to find fluid in my lungs, kidney stones and a UTI, great job Florence, maybe check my blood and urine sample instead of keep asking if I am a drug attic after stating NO three times…
If I could this place would get zero. I went in there my workup was off and they sent me home. Now my dr is trying to treat me on an outpatient basis. When all they would have do is give me a bag a fluid and a med that is not a narcotic. But even when things we not right they told me everything was normal so they were sending me home. I will never be back eve in medical emergency.
Never thought I’d say this, but I had a great time in the ER. Everyone was kind, thorough, and surprisingly fast. I was in at 2 AM, had labs, scans, the whole nine yards, and out around 6. That’s practically lightning speed for an ER. The staff was solid all around: my receptionist and first nurse were nice (though he was clearly stretched thin and a little short by the end — fair enough, I’d be too if I kept getting paged nonstop). If you need a good ER, this is the place. #1 in Kentucky and #5 in Ohio... they don't even have a hospital in OHIO. That is how many Buckeyes come here over their own hospital systems.
