My visit at that emergency room was very very good. They took the time to listen to me and my concerns. I went to the Fort Thomas emergency room two days prior and they didn't do any of the tests that you'll did at the Edgewood emergency room. I had a very bad infection in my leg that they were able to figure out and get me the treatment that I needed and probably saved me from having my leg amputated and I really appreciate everything you all did for me
This is the worst emergency room I've ever been to. I came in gasping for breath and nobody cared at all. I have a heart condition and was given an EKG and then sent to the waiting room. For 3 hours. Gasping for breath. If you actually want care, go to St. E. Florence. If I could give negative star, I would. These people don't give one crap about you.
When I walked in at the same time as 4 other people I expected nothing but a long wait. I ended up back in a room with an IV placed and treatment started in less than 30 min. Everyone was kind and reassuring. Big thanks!!
Very dishonest place that lied to us in the ER and told us the psych eval at the crooked partnership they have with Sun behavioral was voluntary. Only to hold our child for 72 hours and then to tell us that the 72 hours was mandatory and oh by the way the 72 hours starts on Monday morning-not the day you get there. This is shameful. We have used St ELizabeth for years and I've always had red flags with them. This draws the line.
