The absolute worst Emergency Department in Greater Cincinnati. The nurse triage program used is a farce as to when patients get seen. The first person you meet, takes down your info and make you feel like you are a waste of time. The second person you see takes your vitals and sends you back into waiting area. It's not a first come, first serve. The nurses who make up the triage puts you in line as to when you will be seen. If patients and ambulances come in after you, you are screwed. Saw Dr Spellman and he was the worst most disrespectful Dr I have ever encountered. Have an abscess in my leg and I wanted to have bloodwork. He refused saying bc I have been to the ER to much going back to 2004. IDC if I have I still deserve a respectful and thorough exam. He went on to say it does not matter what u think. Continued to berate me even when the nurse came in. He said I’m discharging you. I will be filing a complaint with anyone I can. Doctors have no right to treat patients like that.
