The staff were amazing! Competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. They actually turned what i thought would be a miserable night into a comfortable experience.
First let me say the staff is amazing, helpful and attentive. The bed was comfortable and cozy the reason for my review is the atmosphere there. The rooms are outdated and cold like sleeping in an igloo , I had to ask for another blanket the blankets are thin and they have no comforters with temperatures at 20F it should not feel that way inside. The area’s I noticed on my way out was warmer than the room I was in was. How is one is suppose to sleep during a sleep study when one is freezing? I tossed and turned all night to ... read more
Captains log, stardate 90176-3. Reports indicate my sleep study went normal as planned. Interestingly the staff was very,.. human. Also very courteous, friendly & professional.
Staff was amazing! Explained everything in detail, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.
Great staff. Zack was great.
