The staff has their own mental issues and tends to pick and choose the people they feel deserve help improving their lives and treat the ones they feel don’t deserve to improve their lives very bad. If they don’t like you, you have no chance here and I suggest you leave before they try setting you up for failure. Called and the amount of constraints and control they try to wield over families is insane. A 5pm curfew, getting told when you can and cannot cook for your children, no devices or lights on after 9pm for a family room, not a singles dorm? Forced to go to NA meetings for recreational marijuana? They must need a reality check. What an insult to people who have no other options.
Tried to get some winter clothes the person I spoke with was not helpful
