I have gotten several FAA flight physicals from this location. The doctor is great during the exam, the nurse's are also great. The issue is the front desk and managers at the location. When you call to make an appointment it seems they never know the price of the exam itself. They will give you the run around sometimes sending you to a manager to explain the pricing and sometimes to the billing department. I went to this location for a drug screening and they were extremely rude. When I arrived they didn’t greet me at the door. I had to wait forever and the front desk were extremely rude and didn’t care about the questions that I had. The receptionist there were horrible.
No wonder companies are doing away with St. Elizabeth as it relates to drug tests. Waited today to for over 2 and a half hours to do simple testing. We were up here as soon as the company opened. No one here to do the lift test so now we are forced to come back another date or got to Concentra. Who wants to do that after already waiting today for over 2 hours? Terrible service. Rude staff busy talking about weekend plans rather than getting people in and out quickly. Go to Concentra!!
I did an Australian immigration medical exam here. I haven’t seen any reviews about Australian exams so I figured I’d make this review. They scheduled me in right away after I got my HAP ID from my visa application. They tell you exactly what to bring in and what forms to fill out, it’s very simple. I was worried they may not have done many Australian medicals before but they clearly had. The exam itself took maybe 45 mins at most and they were very efficient.
