The staff are polite and friendly and professional. The practitioners are excellent at what they do and very easy to talk to. If you need a family doctor, you can’t do better than Dr. Hathorn and everyone else that works with him! (No, I’m not related to him. He isn’t an old friend of mine. I never met him before he became my doctor. I’m just very good at recognizing excellence when I see it and it isn’t always easy to find a great doctor.)
I use Deidre Johnson NP and am extremely satisfied with the care provided. I am extremely selective regarding my healthcare. Deidre Johnson NP is extremely caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm very impressed at the extensive knowledge base Deidre Johnson NP has regarding all of my healthcare issues. Waited from 10:15 am until noon and was not seen for a 30 minute visit. Do not schedule when the office is being catered I tell ya that. Mishap interrupted thyroid imaging appointment schedule as well. What a day to waste on Juneteenth. Anxiety and depression through the roof all because looked over. Craziest doctor office experience for myself. As long as they’re eating and happy!
Don't go there! Girl at desk and provider are rude and act superior. Also, I was a few (less than 10 late before the several minute wait to get checked in because only one person was doing that job), and they rescheduled me. How many times have I had to wait 15-20 mins AFTER the wait in the waiting room to see the provider. Where do they get off thinking their time is more valuable than mine?
