If your in Natchitoches stay here..Its got a awesome breakfast in the lobby area and its really quiet at night..Also u can walk out rhe back patio and walk down a block or so and there is rhe river and all the shops. Only negative is they screw u over hard at Christmas time most places do its lil over a 100 a night regular season but a Christmas rhey wanted like more than double the normal rate .orher than that its a nice place to stay....5 stars
Prices are high
I would like to buy one of these spots someday. The town falls short however, because the local resources that could help make parks and community centers are still tied up on the bare basic; potable water, sewage, inefficient government, etc. The civic leaders and police have much to be desired for but when improved can make this town desirable. City government corruption is a big concern. When a city uses "fake" laws to injure citizens the local government has crossed the line.
