came here today and had to wait over 2 hours after i finished my discharge paperwork to get an iv removed from my arm. and when a nurse finally came to remove it she pulled it out aggressive and painfully (coming from a pregnant women whose had many ivs) don’t think i’ll be coming back
Went in with gallstones the pain was unbearable . The nurses to doctor to the young lady who did my scan thank you for helping me I was in such pain you guys were great I did end up going to hospital for surgery everything I was told was correct and on point this location has stepped in 3 times in an emergency situation that could have turned out really bad by us waiting to long to go in thank you.
Emma Almanza was a Dr that had seen me very rude didn’t seem to really care about seeing me as a patient. Don’t know if she had a bad day or what. All the other doctors were real nice didn’t have any problems. Hopefully St. David’s can do something about that. I’ve seen another review about her claiming the same thing so just be aware of coming to this ER
Directed by the VA, I arrived this morning between 0500-0700. When the doctor finally entered my room he refused treatment. I was also taken advantage of due to my state of mind and tricked into signing a release form stating that I, myself, refused treatment. I did not. The doctor came in my room and said “there’s nothing I can do for you.” While signing I was able to slightly collect my thoughts and I wrote on the form what happened.
