I’m very disappointed with my experience at St. David’s ER at Stone Hill in Pflugerville. I went to the ER last Saturday because I was extremely sick and severely dehydrated. From the beginning, I felt like my being there was an inconvenience rather than a patient who genuinely needed medical attention. The overall attitude made me feel like I was a burden for coming in. My husband went in for a scratched cornea so he cannot see out of one eye and is super sensitive to light, therefore he cannot drive himself around right now. He called and asked the Urgent Care if they could electronically send his RX to the pharmacy and they said, "We are too busy, can you not drop off the physical script yourself?" In what world do you tell a patient that you are TOO busy to help them??? Worst customer service and would not recommend
