Dr. Robert “Bob” was absolutely fantastic. Listened to my voice and my body after I’ve had 2 1/2 weeks of the “Crud”. Prescribed Antibiotic and steroid, however told me not to take the steroid unless I really needed to take it. I was almost completely well in two days and the steroid is still in my medicine cabinet. One of the best.
Dr. De Valle and his staff were very nice and listened to my concerns. They did what was needed and treated me like a person, which was not what I recieved the previous day when I had to go to the E.R. That doctor and his staff acted like I was a nuisance. Thank you. Pflugerville.
I was immediately placed in an examination room. The staff showed serious concern and promptly asked questions about my condition and immediately started tests. Every staff member I met met was very friendly and professional.
I am extremely disappointed and uncomfortable with the way I was treated during my visit on September 8, during the 10 PM–12 AM shift. I came to the hospital because I was experiencing significant pain and was looking for help. I explained that the medication I had previously been prescribed a few days earlier was not helping and that I was waiting for my PCP appointment because that was the earliest opportunity I had to be seen. I havent been to a doctor in 30 years and all of a sudden a short of breath so I decided to try this place. It has bad reviews so I wanted to share my experience. It's $250 for cash payers to get started and they within the 1st hour they definitely take all the blood work, x rays etc. Then it takes hours to get all the results but that's not on them it's just is what it is. Anyways I made this review for any cash payers wondering where to go. I appreciate all the people here.
