Nurses and staff members are the best. Doctor could be more detail oriented. But I do appreciate his professionalism... ZOEY was the best!
doctor who saw me would not give me the time off day to describe my symptoms and spent less that 20 seconds in the room with me. instead he diagnosed me with something that i had 0 symptoms for and caused me to continue to be in pain for 2 extra days where i ended up in a different ER where i was taken care of. this is the second time ive had this same doctor and been treated very poorly by him and was already disappointed to know i was to be “treated” by him again
Took my wife to the ER because of chest pain that began to spread to arm and neck area. After some blood work and a CT scan they said there was absolutely nothing wrong, said she was fine, they refused to provide any pain meds other than Tylenol to address her pain. The very next day the pain increased and worsened and only this time we decided to go to the heart hospital on Lamar, where they found blood clots and lung nodules !!!!! Be aware this location will scam you! Short story: bill came out almost 5x what was mentioned and 2 of the 6 stitches did not hold. Full story: I sliced my hand pretty bad next to my artery. I went to this location to have it stitched up. I asked before hand what the cost would be and was told with my insurance it would be $100. When the doctor arrived in my room he was paying more attention to the tv show playing in the room than stitching me up. I had a total of 6 stitches. came here today and had to wait over 2 hours after i finished my discharge paperwork to get an iv removed from my arm. and when a nurse finally came to remove it she pulled it out aggressive and painfully (coming from a pregnant women whose had many ivs) don’t think i’ll be coming back
