First of all at reception communication barrier on where the dental department was. On arrival I found staff quite rude and not particularly helpful.
Not very happy with the dentist, he was very blunt and very bad attitude, the nurse was nice and so was the receptionist, but the dentist guy was horrible, no compassion or concern about me at all, I ended up getting the flu from that hospital, definitely wouldn't go there again, I am disgusted with that hospital
Had to see emergency dentist today with very severe toothache. The dental nurse who made the appointment (when I phoned the emergency line) was knowledgeable and empathetic. The receptionist, the dentist and the dental nurse in the dental hospital were really nice and efficient and explained everything well. Both the dentist and the dental nurse even phoned me a few hours later to see how I was. Can not get a better service. Thank you lots.
A marvellous little hospital. All the staff I encountered were lovely. My specialist consultation went really well and I was thoroughly satisfied. My only concern is my appointment overran (I can inadvertently derail any meeting because I’m “a bit chatty”) Apparently the parking is limited to two hours and the parking enforcement company fine quickly and often.
