I went in for severe diarrhea and vomiting that had been on going. Staff leaned straight to C-Diff and misdiagnosed my colitis because no one thought to CT Scan my abdomen. I was told blood work was good but upon a 2nd ER visit two days later at a different hospital, it was noticed that St. David’s failed to tell me that my white blood cell count was elevated and that is why I was put on a Z-Pack of antibiotics. trying to pay for my bill is worse than pulling teeth. I’m trying to give someone thousands of dollars for a service that they did for me and I can’t even get a bill generated. Crazy

My first time here due to acute pain and not being able to get into a doctor anytime soon. The nurse (Michelle) and doctor (Dr. Dumbit) were absolutely amazing. They listened to my concerns, showed compassion about my medical history and came up with a plan with me to treat the issue in the moment. They took care of me as a team with me included and its important especially with my history.
