The nurse and doctor were great place is very clean
Horrible place for an emergency in my opinion. I walked into this facility just last night telling them how my son was running a high fever and was feeling out of air while the lady at the front desk just smiled with no care in the world. I told them he could not move due to surgery he had just had and his pain was severe - in general she never tried to help. We had to call EMS outside of their location to get any help. Wonderful staff! The nurse Jessica was super friendly and attentive as well as John. John makes the environment more welcoming and he is very awesome.
Kim, Esther, John & Jessica were AMAZING! I had 2 sick babies and they got us all taken care of! Their bedside manner was compassionate, attentive, and reassuring throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of the entire team. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle—thank you for going above and beyond!
