For the most part, I have had no issue with this surgery. Being young and chronically ill with mental health issues, it was refreshing to see I was being taken seriously. However, I came in today needing a diagnosis that I had been given by a previous GP but had got lost in the notes when changing surgeries. I was explaining my situation, there seemed to be a bit of a communication issue which resulted in Dr. Priya saying I was "being difficult". Oh my word what a difference this surgery is, I transferred from another surgery due to the catastrophic way that patients were treated. St David’s surgery is such a warm pleasant practice & the staff are absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful, kind & nothing is to much trouble. They take time with every patient & do their utmost to support everyone. It’s a complete new experience & such a blessing! 5 stars as you certainly deserve it !

Instead of writing a short story I will use points scored 0- 3, 3 being the best. Appointments system-1 Repeat prescriptions-1 Doctor's-2 Nurses and clinical staff-3 Receptionists-3 All in All a very good surgery!
