I have only 1 issue with the EMTs and that is to please train better on where your service is contracted and inform Patients. My issue is with the company and their failure to inform or train the EMTs better. I have a bill for $2692 for extra services because I wasn't informed by SCV EMS that even though the distance was almost identical if my city wasn't "contracted through them that we are responsible to cover over and above our max out of pocket!". Driving NB on I-35E near Hugo when SCV EMS ambulance passed doing about 85 not in emergency status (likely returning to home station from hospital). Front passenger medic unloaded their tobacco spit bottle which splattered all over my windshield necessitating that I pull off interstate at gas station to clean it off. No open source contact information (only a fax line) for org to speak to someone. Tried calling the number on the bill for my deceased elderly family member to discuss. Literally recorded spam for a medical alert system with no way to actually talk to a human.
