The playground has been in a totally ridiculous state of disrepair and neglect for probably 30 years since I was a little girl. It is an embarrassment to the St Croix Terrace community and to the city. The lot rent seems like highway robbery to me.
Its a trailer park. Right!!! Clean nice place for you and the kids. Check it out.
