Great location. Close to downtown Prescott, St Croix and Mississippi Rivers merging together, St Croix River beach, Ptacek’s supermarket, General Dollar, Family Tree, Tractor Supply stores, Scenic Bluffs dental offices, Prescott High School, great laundromat, Kwik Trip, new Stephen’s Storage, BMO bank branch, Point Douglas regional trail, Bob’s bike repair. About 30 min drive to the MSP airport.
The playground has been in a totally ridiculous state of disrepair and neglect for probably 30 years since I was a little girl. It is an embarrassment to the St Croix Terrace community and to the city. The lot rent seems like highway robbery to me.
