What a great team of horse + people loving folks! The staff is always friendly and attentive and super knowledgeable. They ask lots of questions about you, your horse, your riding, - what ever pertains to your purchase of the day - so they can delver the best solution. Incredible client reward program too! Everyone at this store goes the extra mile to make you feel like a member of their community of local horse lovers!
St Croix is always there for their customers! I needed boot polish at a show & they had sold all of theirs in their mobile store- they called to the brick & mortar store & within an hour had brought me 3 different items to choose from! Such customer service is rare to find these days!

Shopped St. Croix for the first time this weekend, best experience ever! Associates are AMAZING, I had my own personal shopper help me find the perfect pair of half chaps and helmet!! And bonus, I bought a myler bit I'd been contemplating purchasing online but decided to get here instead because of the amazing service and ability to exchange if I bought the wrong size. New favorite tack store!!
