The staff, nurses and doctors at St. Croix Health are absolutely AMAZING!! Dr. Nordin did hip surgery on my husband and we think he’s an amazing surgeon!! We have been blessed with A few other specialists at St. Croix Health and have actually turned all of our medical over to them! Thanks for being so helpful and welcoming!! We tried other clinics and your staffing in every department has been amazing!!
2.5 hours in the waiting room watched the nursing staff eat apples and have other goodies. no response when i asked to use the bathroom. the room i was shown into was still dirty. used pads from last patient b/p cuff left on. dirty tape on bed rail. garbage and laundry already full. to top it all off. for my x rays i got_use the lid of the dirty laundry hamper finally got to see md. he has to splint arm alone because nursing staff was busy. poor poor nursing care

I want to say yes(ish), their ER providers are awesome. This time we were seen in their (website labeled Urgent Care, though she said it says no where Urgent Care). Their Urgent Carr, labeled walk-in after clicking is billed as an office visit. Fine. Dandy, but it’s then uneasy to determine if one’s insurance will cover or not. Even the first billing woman I spoke to told me it should have an ‘urgent care code’, but this gal was quick to toss her straight under the bus. Great medical service but poor billing practices. If you can go somewhere else, do it. We will not be returning.
There billing department has always been in chaos. My favorite doctor's have left. My hubby went for knee issue and sent right home with no xrays or treatment. It was substandard care and forced us to seek out other treatment elsewhere. only positive is the State street cafe.

I,ve had many tests, an emergency room visit, and two operations at St Croix Hospital. From the check,in desk,nurses,and doctors have all been great. As a veteran,the VA hospital in Minneapolis is a sewer. I,ll take St Croix Hospital any day.
