I have worked with them before at a hotel in Bloomington, MN, prior to 2020 & nothing has changed in those 5+ years. They claim to provide "clean" linen, but they don’t. They consistently fail to meet delivery times and deadlines. Now, after terminating our agreement in accordance with their lack of compliance as outlined, they demand cash payment for an alleged outstanding balance.
