Death of a loved one sucks . Having a social worker from barraboo talk to me , like I'm a moron doesn't set well in my mind .. my wife is dieing, and I have no control over nothing.. my wife is dieing in a nursing home, that aren't equipped to take care of a dieing horse..

How horrific... You'd think if your biz "specializes" in hospice care, that they'd have a sliver of compassion. They were terrible in coordinating oxygen and overall care for my dad - & horrible to my mom as his caregiver. They wouldn't show up to times they were scheduled (from nurses to baths to social workers). Very unreliable and on top of that VERY rude from delivery service implying they were asking for the wrong things (which was funny cuz they were just sent whatever the Dr orders) to making problems that their poor ... read more

We were very happy with the care and compassion shown to us and our mother. We came in on a late Thursday afternoon and they stayed till our mother was settled in and comfortable. When we had questions or concerns our weekend nurse (Kelsey) either called or came to the facility right away. She worked very hard with the staff at the facility to make sure they fully understood what was needed for our mother and us! even at 3 am they came in to help!
