As a nurse, I strongly suggest finding another hospice. Turnover of employees provides less than poor continuity of care. The care was horrendous with the multiple people that I have overseen at facilities.
Horrible company and would not recommend. Patient ratio to hospice staff is ridiculous! Patients do not get the care or attention they need or deserve. Such a shame the company only cares about the number of patients versus the cares.
This place is super nice and I liked how they took care of my loved ones especially Jessica Steele.
St. Croix Hospice has an amazing team that provides compassionate end of life care! We are grateful to partner with them in providing end of life care for our residents.
They are wonderful and caring. They cared for my grandfather and he received the best care. The communication was top notch by everyone. My grandpa was so blessed to have such great care in his final months.
