I would prefer to give zero stars. I don't care that they have a five-star rating with Medicare. They let us down in the time that my wife was in her final month of life. I truly feel that they need to reevaluate who they send to your house. Our nurse was adequate but that's it, when you have a loved one who is literally dying you don't need someone who is jovial as this nurse was. My wife was struggling greatly to sleep and all they could do was throw more medications at her. They had no options to give her respite care, ot... read more
