I can’t say enough about the extraordinary care provided by the St. Croix Hospice team during my father’s final weeks of life. St. Croix Hospice does not stand by its staff when they are mistreated by the facilities they serve. Rather than addressing toxic environments created by partner facilities, the company often chooses to reprimand its own employees instead. It’s clear that maintaining their public image takes priority over supporting their team. Management lacks strong leadership and accountability. If you’re considering hospice services, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
I could not have asked for a better team to help me care for my mom. Sarah & Molly always knew what we needed & helped keep me together. Alyssa was so gentle & patient with her. My mom loved the massages from Melissa, that was her favorite day. Karyn & Chaplain John’s visits gave us that extra comfort & helped with any questions we had. The recommendation to use St.Croix Hospice was a godsend, I couldn’t have done it without them & I'm forever grateful.
