We were referred to St Croix hospice from the director of another assisted living facility who works with many hospice centers in Waukesha county and we were not disappointed! They exceeded our expectations for my brother's care! From the people who first came to talk to us about hospice, to the last nurse to care for my brother in the end, they were all a 10 out of 10! I have worked with St Croix for many years and have had phenomenal experiences. Heather is always willing to help out and goes above and beyond for every family. Lisa is an exceptional CNA and always gives amazing care to her patients (our residents). Allie ensures that all her patients are comfortable throughout the end of their lives.
I am so appalled at my experience with St. Croix hospice. Nurse Margaret made some pretty major mistakes and the entire office was so bad to deal with. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I cannot recommend.
