Called during COVID pandemic to get details about making an appointment, was told to come into office. Went into office only to be told they would take my name and number then call me back regarding appointment. Two weeks later I received a call and was told to complete paperwork online then come into office to make $50 deposit. On second visit to office they tried to have me complete the same paperwork I completed online.
