I purchased a new Tundra SR5. Great experience. A couple notes: Join some online forums on facebook prior to purchasing to make sure you are getting what you want! Go to Linex near fleet farm to get it rust proofed and any other accessories, it is affordable and needed. Make sure to shop around for Toyota Warranties. I was able to negotiate a lower price for a warranty (by several hundred dollars) by doing some extra research. Mitch and the crew were great. The vehicle is excellent.
I sat and waited in the lobby at Toyota for my oil change and tire rotation. I received a video of the inspection which was very informative. Then with three problems to address I was left to figure out how to say what I wanted to do. I thought I approved the work to be done only to find out that I approved replacement of one filter, and I refused another filter and oil leak. This was very frustrating.
