Service advisor Sharmeta was great to work with. However, Toyota has known about a Flow Shut off Valve Coolant Leak specific to the 2019 RAV4 for some time. A Customer Support Program memo was mailed to me some time ago. Toyota indicated in the memo that this issue was not a Recall but only would warrant the problem with secondary coverage to 100,000 miles. My vehicle currently has 114,000 miles.
