Well, I was thinking about putting my old sprinkler heads back. Told employee twice to forget it as there is only dirt. Not only did he go against my wishes, he put upgraded ones instead of sprinkler heads I saved. Quote of $100 turned into almost $400. Wrote company letter of basically same as this. Unfortunately no response.
