Dr Murphy has been wonderful. No problems with the rotator surgery and a good listener to my concerns.
Unprofessional, impersonal, and ineffective is how I would describe the care I received. I had to deal with a canceled surgery, PT not following my surgeons guidelines, and the billing department dropping the ball on my insurance. I wish Id never wasted my time or money here. Im glad I went elsewhere for surgery and PT. I only wish Id done it sooner. Please if you can, go elsewhere. There are much better clinics in mn.
Dr. Schaap is the best. I am willing to travel the extra time because I know I will get the best care. She also is willing to take the time to have an actual conversation. I know she is super busy but I really appreciate the time she is willing to spend on an appointment. I highly recommend her for any orthopedic needs.
