I went to Dr. Kearney’s office in 2018 and again in 2020. Initially in 2018, the diagnosis was helpful to validate that a lot of my symptoms were from PTSD. However, in 2020 a neurologist referred me to him for neurological symptoms. During that time, my older brother and nephew had been diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Kearney and his practice. I believe my condition was misdiagnosed, which has caused significant concern and frustration. Additionally, my interactions with both Dr. Kearney and his staff were not positive. During testing, the staff came across as unprofessional and at times dismissive, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. Timothy Rysavy conducted my neuropsychological evaluation after I was referred for severe memory loss following surgery, and the experience was both baffling and damaging to my care.
