I waited over 6 months for my first appointment. I got sick the day before so I had my spouse drive me. I forgot my drivers license which was my fault but there was no mercy. I asked if I could get them pictures of it? No. Could my spouse show theirs? No. Can my son drive it to me? No, it’s 10 minutes past their grace window of 15 minutes. We live 25 minutes away. I really like my doctor, that is the ONLY good thing about this office. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone by phone, there is no reliable patient portal and, when I asked them about email, I was told that it was for personal use only. One wonders what they do all day, just talk to friends and surf the internet? Staff there is rude, uncaring, not interested, uninformative and generally makes you feel like you are just a nasty interruption in their day (emailing friends and family??). Love Dr. Williams, staff is knowledgeable about insurance and they're very efficient.
I love doctor Williams but the customer service here is humorous, they have no intentions on caring for the patient's needs and its completely unprofessional.
