Front desk could use some serious improvements! Rude, don’t answer the a phone and when they do they can never help! I have had to go in multiple times when it could be fixed on the phone.

I called this office on a Monday because my pharmacy had to get approval for refills even though the Rx had refills on it. It was then that I found out Dr Quander left I was told I would get a call back by the end of the day. By Friday still no call, when I called back the response was 3 of the most rude staff members ever 2 were nurses explaining that they could do nothing and I should have known better. Seriously I called Monday!!! Patient care is totally lacking in this office and they definitely need to step it up!!!

Dr. Amin seems nice and knowledgeable enough but the management practices are horrible. Waited 2 hours after appointment time to be seen after plenty of “your next” and “he’ll be in any minute.” The office staff was very flippant about the inconvenience to us. There are better doctors with management practices more considerate of their patients.
