Very professional and helpful.
I am a felon and made mention of this fact at the beginning of the entire process. Despite weeks of making this noise, eventually, I was having my background report brought in. Sure enough, The fellow who did my application, told me I was now off the list, due to the felonious past. Do not waste your weeks of hope at this apartment-finding place, if you have violent felonies. I was told to continue with the process, even after making this fact known, only to be told, "No"
