Everyone I've seen over the last 3 years has been amazing, From the Occupational therapists, the Speech therapists and the Physical therapists, they all got me to a better place in life than I was. They never gave up on me when I felt I couldn't do it anymore, they motivated me to work hard with positivity and encouragement, they told me to have confidence and faith in the process. The amount they charge for 45 minute consultation? $550… then $496 per appointment where you do your own thing for 30 minutes and see the physical therapist for 15. Their itemized bills don’t even include the DPT name! Save your money, time, and body and look elsewhere for rehab and pt. If I could give zero stars I would.
I have been working with Emma since November when I herniated a disc. She is great, very patient, and goes above and beyond to help me get back to normal. I'm very happy with my care.
We waited FOUR months for an appointment. Then at our appointment, they forgot to tell the provider we were there and we waited for an hour. Then at my next scheduled appointment day, after I took 5 hours off work to be there, I got a call to come in earlier or cancel. I’m a hairdresser, I can’t make up for those lost hours. I’m very disappointed and will not be back as they did nothing in the 2 appointments we did have to help my 6 year old. I will look for someone who actually cares.
